This policy explains what information Aquazar collects when you visit aquazarbd.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Aquazar (aquazarbd.com) is an aquascaping studio and aquarium supplier based at Bhuighor, Signboard Area, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Aquazar is operated by Sefat Rayhan. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Aquazar.

2. Information we collect

Order details: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address (district, thana, locality and full address) and any notes you add to an order.
Payment details: the payment method you choose (for example bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer or cash on delivery), the number you sent payment from, and any payment screenshot or transaction reference you upload so we can verify your payment. We never see or store your card details, wallet PIN or passwords.
Account details: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
Reviews and feedback: anything you choose to submit, such as a review, rating or name.
Browsing information: pages and products you view, items you add to your cart, when you start checkout or place an order, along with your IP address, browser type and cookies used by our advertising tools (see section 4).
Stored on your device: your cart and wishlist are saved in your browser so they are still there when you come back.

3. How we use your information

To process, confirm, pack, deliver and support your orders, and to contact you about them.
To verify payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
To show reviews, answer your questions and improve our products, website and service.
To measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people who may be interested in aquascaping products.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Meta Pixel and advertising

We use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to understand how people use our website and to measure our ads. When you visit or use our site, Meta receives information such as the pages and products you view, add-to-cart, checkout and purchase events, your IP address, browser details and Meta cookies. If you give us your email address or phone number at checkout, we may send it to Meta in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match the event to your account.

Meta uses this information under its own Data Policy. You can control ads you see, and opt out of ads based on your activity, in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or through your browser's cookie settings.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we need to run the store:

Courier partners (for example Steadfast): your name, phone number, delivery address and, for cash on delivery, the amount to collect, so they can deliver your order.
Supabase: our database and file-storage provider, which stores order, account and review data on our behalf.
Cloudflare: website hosting, security and bot protection.
Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.
Meta: advertising measurement, as described in section 4.
Payment services such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket and banks: only when you make a payment through them.
Authorities: where we are required to by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support, handle returns and meet legal and accounting requirements. Other information is kept only as long as it is useful for the purposes above.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our admin systems. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. Some records (such as completed orders) may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons. To make a request, contact us using the details below. You can also clear your cart and wishlist by clearing your browser data.

9. Children

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
